Two young anthropologists have been involved in long term studying of olive baboons. The baboons feed on prickly pear fruit which contains sugar and vitamins but no fat or protein. These certain baboons have adapted to a new diet because they are suffering from climate change, the human population and an environmental change to their habitat. In addition, parts of Kenya are being degraded. The baboons are adapt to a new diet on prickly pears by destroying the bad parts and getting to the core.
